Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with HR knowledge to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in civil engineering and effectively communicate with site personnel, clients, and workers in both Hindi and English. Preference will be given to candidates of Nepali nationality. This role involves planning, designing, and supervising the construction and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings as well as other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design building structures and various infrastructure projects.
• Oversee construction and ensure all activities meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, site workers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
• Manage on-site personnel and assist with HR-related tasks to support workforce efficiency.

Required Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong ability to work with diverse teams including clients, site personnel, and labor groups.
• Basic understanding of HR functions within a construction or engineering context.

Preferred Qualifications
