We are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant and Trainer to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on overseeing employee performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing essential training to new team members. Key Responsibilities
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for monitoring employee performance daily and especially during peak hours. You will ensure riders follow company guidelines and that shift selections for the upcoming week are adequate. Addressing issues such as no-shows, late logins, and early logouts among drivers will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will support HR by collecting employee data and conduct necessary training sessions for new hires. Other administrative and supervisory tasks will be assigned by the manager as required.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Male candidates only.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Experience working with laborers.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in operations or sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent verbal skills in Hindi.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ready for immediate joining.
- Local transfer candidates preferred.
Compensation
The offered salary for this position ranges between BD 230 and BD 300, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
