Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join our school team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in English language and literature, with the ability to deliver engaging lessons that foster students’ overall language development. This role requires a passionate educator ready to create a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering comprehensive lessons aligned with the school curriculum. This includes preparing lesson materials, assessments, and various activities designed to enhance students’ skills in grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The role also involves monitoring academic progress, managing classroom environments effectively, and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance. Additionally, maintaining open communication with parents and participating in school events and staff meetings are essential aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
• Familiarity with international curricula is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management capabilities alongside excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology and interactive tools to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Attributes such as creativity, patience, organizational skills, and a student-centered approach are highly valued.
• Availability to join immediately will be considered an advantage.
