Job Vacancy: Travel Ticketing Staff

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Ticketing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, ticket reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international flight bookings, Hotel Bookings

Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets

Provide fare quotations and travel advice to clients

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Ensure accurate documentation and payment processing

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners

Requirements:

Previous experience in travel agency or airline ticketing

Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

IATA certification (advantage)

Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism
