Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Marine Service Department, focusing on Life Rafts, Fire, and Safety equipment. This role requires a candidate with solid expertise in marine sales and a passion for expanding our presence within the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager, you will drive sales strategies for life rafts, fire extinguishing systems, and other marine safety products and services. Your role includes identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. You will prepare and present proposals to clients and collaborate closely with technical and service teams to provide comprehensive solutions that meet regulatory standards. Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of sales experience within the marine industry, demonstrating thorough knowledge of marine safety equipment such as life rafts and firefighting systems. Familiarity with IMO and SOLAS regulations is highly regarded. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial to succeed in this role. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed are required.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a background in Marine Engineering or Marine Safety will have an advantage, though this is not mandatory. Having an established network of clients in ship management, shipyards, or port operations is preferred and will support your success in the position.
