A well-established company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator / Executive to join their team. This role focuses on supporting customers effectively while ensuring smooth order processing and seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships and facilitating the sales cycle from order entry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator / Executive will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting client relationships.
- Ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficient shipping methods to exceed customer expectations.
- Managing inbound and outbound communication regarding shipment status, billing, pricing, and product availability.
- Streamlining order entry procedures to improve documentation accuracy and minimize shipping errors.
- Completing order entries, scheduling customer deliveries, and maintaining the master backlog for sales orders.
- Assisting the finance team by following up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Preparing and evaluating sales reports, expediting purchase orders, and coordinating with manufacturing plants to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Handling price quotes, purchase proposals, after-sales orders, and coordinating shipping logistics.
- Collaborating with various departments such as manufacturing, shipping, and transportation to guarantee timely and accurate order processing.
- Promoting and expediting customer orders while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven time management and effective communication skills.
- Self-driven and adaptable with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in international sales or a related field.
- Educational background in a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Engineering Degree.
