We are urgently seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Agent to join our office team in Bahrain. This role involves managing online customer interactions, handling a high volume of inquiries daily, and coordinating order processes efficiently. The ideal candidate must be confident, smart, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for 200-400 customers each day. You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, secure orders, and maintain constant communication with the delivery service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Required Skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; proficiency in Urdu is also preferred.
• Fast typing speed to handle large volumes of online communication efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with confidence and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow up on delivery status.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position where you will work closely with the sales and customer service teams. The role requires dedication to providing excellent customer experiences and maintaining smooth operations between customers and the delivery team.
