The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in a similar role within the GCC hotel industry, demonstrating professionalism and fluency in both Arabic and English. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing front desk operations with efficiency and a warm attitude.

Key Responsibilities

The Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk activities, including greeting and assisting guests, managing visitor records, and handling telephone inquiries. The role demands excellent communication skills to address guest needs promptly and professionally. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to work with IDS software to efficiently process bookings and manage reservations.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of one year of reception experience in the GCC hotel sector is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in IDS Property Management System or similar hotel software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage warmly with guests and staff.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality.
