Key Responsibilities
The Room Attendant will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies in accordance with hotel guidelines. This includes arranging all room amenities neatly and ensuring that guest areas are inviting and well-maintained. Promptly reporting any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or room damages to supervisors is essential. The role also requires adherence to daily room assignments and meeting productivity goals while respecting guest privacy and following all safety and hygiene protocols.
Required Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates should have between one to two years of experience working as a room attendant in a hotel environment. A basic ability to communicate effectively is necessary, alongside a solid understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards within the hospitality industry. Candidates must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
