Key Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with customers and responding to their needs professionally
• Collaborating with suppliers as necessary to support smooth operations
• Reporting any operational issues or suggestions directly to management

• Memorizing regular customers’ orders and preferences to provide personalized service
• Maintaining clear communication and demonstrating strong English language skills

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience working as a cashier in Bahrain is essential
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage customers in a warm and professional manner
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment with tight time constraints
• Proficient English communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members
• Demonstrated upselling skills to help increase revenue
