Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced male receptionist to join our gym team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with cleaning duties to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable working on a rotational shift basis, including day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception desk by greeting gym members and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Operate the cash drawer accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor gym activities to ensure safety and smooth operations.
• Perform cleaning tasks including sanitizing gym hall, machines, glass surfaces, and toilets.
• Report any maintenance or operational issues to gym management promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a gym or fitness center.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties as part of the job.
• Flexibility to work rotational day and night shifts.

Additional Requirements

The candidate must reside in the company-provided accommodation. Only candidates eligible for local transfer with no objection certificate from their current sponsor will be considered. The candidate should be prepared to transfer their visa to our company.
