This role requires overseeing car wash and detailing operations, driving sales, and managing a team to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

The Car Wash Supervisor will oversee daily car wash activities, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will lead and train staff, guide them on best detailing practices, and promote services to maximize sales. Responsibilities also include conducting vehicle quality checks, handling customer feedback professionally, managing inventory levels, and supporting management in improving operational strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in car wash and detailing operations.
• Proven track record in sales within the automotive services sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service focus.
• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with computer and POS systems.
