This full-time position offers morning and evening shifts with a competitive salary of BD 500. The role focuses on engaging with customers through WhatsApp to provide support and assist in converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat platforms, primarily WhatsApp.
- Assist customers in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
