We are currently seeking a motivated Bahraini Customer Service Agent to join our team as an online chat representative. This full-time position offers morning and evening shifts with a competitive salary of BD 500. The role focuses on engaging with customers through WhatsApp to provide support and assist in converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat platforms, primarily WhatsApp.
• Assist customers in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support the sales team by converting potential leads into confirmed sales through engaging conversations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a Bahraini national.
• Fresh university graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage customers online.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques to help convert leads into sales.
