We are currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive service center in Bahrain. This role involves acting as the key point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth service operations and delivering excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Advisor will be responsible for welcoming customers and directing them to appropriate technicians, consulting with service staff about necessary repairs, and offering cost-effective alternative options. You will handle customer inquiries about service outcomes and keep them informed on warranty details and potential savings. Managing the scheduling and workflow of the service center, as well as updating customers on any changes and when their vehicle is ready for pickup, are also vital duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills: Ability to handle supplier interactions, provide clear estimates, and schedule appointments courteously.
• Excellent communication: Capable of bridging the gap between customers and technicians, explaining repair recommendations and understanding customer needs effectively.
• Good comprehension: Able to understand both customer concerns and complex technician explanations.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with engineering and automotive mechanics to review service documents and liaise with technicians.
• Troubleshooting abilities: Quick problem-solving skills to manage schedule changes, customer decisions, and parts delays efficiently.
• Math and writing proficiency: Essential for preparing accurate estimates and documentation.

Salary and Benefits
