We are seeking a motivated and professional Female Travel Consultant and Airlines Ticketing Agent to join our travel agency team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in airline ticketing, travel sales, and customer service, with the ability to confidently manage client interactions and deliver exceptional travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing various aspects of airline ticket bookings including one-way, return, and multi-city travel arrangements. You will assist customers in selecting and booking travel packages and tours, provide detailed information regarding visa services and travel requirements, and handle ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations. You will also be expected to maintain accurate booking records, respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person, all while working towards achieving sales targets and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The position requires a female candidate with previous experience in a travel agency or ticketing environment, ideally familiar with airline reservation systems such as GDS. Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi would be advantageous. Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, email, and WhatsApp, is needed to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently. Professional appearance and a positive, organized approach to work are also important for success in this role.
