Job Overview

ERAM ARABIA is urgently seeking skilled MEP Technicians for positions in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within commercial or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves hands-on operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Candidates will be expected to work independently during shifts, ensuring smooth functioning and troubleshooting of facility systems to maintain optimal performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trades
• 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in O&M within commercial buildings, industrial plants, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to work effectively without supervision during assigned shifts
• Prior Gulf region experience in operation and maintenance is essential

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary is BD 200 with an additional BD 30 monthly food allowance. Successful candidates will receive company-provided accommodation and transportation, supporting a comfortable living and commuting experience in Bahrain.
