We are urgently seeking two skilled Civil Engineers with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out for a high-profile, large-scale project in Bahrain. This opportunity calls for professionals who can ensure smooth execution and quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will play a vital role in site preparation and project management. Responsibilities include:

• Validating site readiness, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and civil clearance before work commencement.
• Performing detailed site surveys and confirming final production measurements with precise documentation.
• Managing installation teams, coordinating schedules, and overseeing daily site clearance activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Supervising client inspections and handling all necessary documentation for the official handover process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior joinery and fit-out projects, preferably within civil engineering roles.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate between teams and stakeholders.
