Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced construction professionals to join our team in Bahrain. Openings are available for Masons, Tile Masons, and Steel Fixers with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience in their respective fields. Candidates who display quality workmanship, a strong commitment to safety, and effective teamwork skills are encouraged to apply.

Position Details and Requirements

Masons:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in masonry or general construction tasks.
• Proficient in block laying, plastering, mixing and finishing concrete, and surface preparation.
• Capable of constructing and repairing walls, foundations, and concrete structures.
• Familiar with reading construction drawings and taking accurate measurements.
• Experience in swimming pool construction and finishing is a plus.

Tile Masons:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years installing various tile types including ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, and decorative tiles.
• Experienced in measuring, cutting, laying, leveling, and grouting tiles.
• Knowledgeable about tile adhesives, surface preparation, and maintaining proper tile alignment.
• Additional experience in swimming pool tiling, mosaic installation, and waterproofing is advantageous.

Steel Fixers:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in steel reinforcement installation.
• Skilled at cutting, bending, positioning, and tying reinforcement bars (rebar).
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and reinforcement layouts.
• Experienced in installing reinforcement for foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and reinforced concrete structures.
• Swimming pool structural reinforcement experience and knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites are benefits.
