A leading construction company based in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil works. This is a critical role for a professional ready to step into leadership and contribute to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying on civil construction projects. This includes cost control, contract management, preparation of bills, valuation of work, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. The role requires collaboration with various teams to monitor project budgets and support decision-making processes effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in quantity surveying within civil construction.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Valid driving license is mandatory to meet site mobility requirements.
