Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Surveyor to join our team in Bahrain immediately. Candidates must be based in Bahrain and have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in the field. This role demands a proactive professional capable of managing quality control and surveying tasks on construction sites effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quality take-offs with precision.
• Prepare tenders and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Certify subcontractor bills and ensure correct billing processes.
• Supervise and oversee all site activities to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate efficiently with clients, contractors, and project teams for smooth operations.
• Operate effectively under pressure, meeting all set targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and quality regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience as a Quality Surveyor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of quality surveying techniques and site management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication.
• Possession of a valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
