This role involves managing a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work for our properties. Key Responsibilities

As our go-to Maintenance Handyman, you will be expected to handle:

• Electrical tasks such as replacing light fixtures, repairing outlets, and performing basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Plumbing duties including fixing leaking faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing toilets.
• Carpentry work like repairing doors and cabinets, patching drywall, and carrying out minor furniture repairs.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Proven experience in maintenance work covering electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly assess and resolve issues.
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
