Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman who holds valid Bahraini Heavy and Light driving licenses. This role is essential for managing on-site operations efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and work regulations.
• Manage the use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Oversee site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.
• Drive between job locations as required, utilizing the valid Heavy and Light Bahraini driving licenses.

Requirements

• Valid Bahraini Heavy and Light driving licenses are mandatory.
• Proven experience working as a Site Foreman in the construction industry.
• Only Bahrain-based candidates eligible for local transfer will be considered.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
• Good knowledge of construction safety standards.
