A reputable Construction Decor Company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Foreman with extensive experience in manual driving and solid knowledge of construction and decoration materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, overseeing material deliveries, and ensuring smooth coordination between the construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Foreman will be responsible for handling all site-related tasks including:

• Supervising delivery and handling of construction and decoration materials.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Managing the construction team on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinating with suppliers and contractors for timely material delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of manual driving experience with a valid Bahrain driving license.
• In-depth understanding of construction materials as well as decor-related products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work diligently and maintain dedication throughout project execution.
• Prior experience in site handling and coordination is highly preferred.
