We are urgently seeking a skilled Foreman with sales coordination experience to supervise a construction team on site. This role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will combine leadership abilities with strong organizational and communication skills to manage both the workforce and sales-related tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Foreman will be responsible for managing and directing the construction crew throughout the project lifecycle. This includes assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, inspecting the quality of work, and enforcing all safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate reports and job cards, coordinating machine and vehicle upkeep, and following up on payment collections related to sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide workers on-site.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear coordination and reporting.
• Ability to maintain and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of machinery and vehicles.
• Organizational skills to handle operational reporting and payment follow-ups.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and enforcing compliance.
