Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced local hire Steel Fixer to join a reputable construction company in Bahrain. This role offers a competitive monthly salary along with overtime pay, and the company provides visa, accommodation, and transport benefits.

Key Responsibilities

The Steel Fixer will be responsible for accurately positioning and securing steel bars and mesh used in reinforced concrete to ensure structural integrity for construction projects. This includes interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials as needed, and collaborating with site supervisors to meet project specifications and safety standards.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position involves an 8-hour workday with opportunities for paid overtime. Employees will have one weekly day off. The monthly salary is BHD 120, with additional compensation for overtime hours worked.

Candidate Requirements

• Local candidates holding nationality from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, or Sri Lanka only.
• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer in construction projects.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow safety guidelines.
