Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Site Foreman to oversee daily construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards to complete projects within the designated timeline.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves planning and organizing daily tasks aligned with the project schedule. You will supervise a variety of civil construction activities such as reinforcement installation, formwork, concreting, blockwork, plastering, and finishing. Coordination with electrical and plumbing teams, along with site engineers, is essential to ensure smooth workflow. Accurately reading approved drawings, verifying dimensions and levels, and reporting any inconsistencies before work proceeds are critical duties for this position.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities to direct site workers efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes including concreting, formwork, and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and identify deviations promptly.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with multiple trades and engineers on site.
