Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a vital role in the commercial management of construction projects, focusing on tendering, cost control, and contract administration. Key duties include:

• Preparing detailed pre-tender and post-tender documentation to support project bidding.
• Conducting accurate cost estimations, budgeting, and financial forecasting to maintain project profitability.
• Managing contract administration, including variations and valuations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Monitoring and controlling ongoing project costs to maximize financial efficiency and align with company objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

This role demands a candidate with significant experience and skills in the civil construction industry, including:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying within the construction and building maintenance sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tendering processes and contract management best practices.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet stringent deadlines.
