Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and be ready to contribute to construction, civil, or interior projects. This role requires hands-on knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and on-site measurements, supporting project accuracy and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of project costing and measurement, including:

• Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure precise cost estimation.
• Conducting site measurements and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with project teams to monitor budgets and control expenses.
• Supporting tender documentation and contract administration related to quantity surveying.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, interior, or civil engineering projects.
• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and site measurement techniques.
• Current availability to work in Bahrain is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.

Work Location and Details

The position is based in Riffa/Hajiyath, Bahrain, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic construction environment. Immediate availability will be considered an advantage for this role.
