Job Overview

We are a reputable landscaping company based in Bahrain specializing in villa projects. We are currently seeking a skilled Operations and Site Project Manager to oversee daily activities across multiple project sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth progress and high-quality delivery on landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the workforce and coordinate site schedules to keep all projects on track. You will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of materials, maintaining effective communication between clients, workers, and suppliers, and providing clients with frequent project updates. Problem-solving to prevent potential delays is also a critical part of this role.

• Manage and schedule workers across various sites
• Track materials and ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor progress on multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate communications between clients, workers, and suppliers
• Provide regular updates to clients
• Identify issues early and resolve problems proactively

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience managing construction, maintenance, or engineering projects. You must possess a valid Bahrain driving license and have your own vehicle for site visits. Strong organizational skills to manage teams and timelines effectively are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or MS Project will support your ability to track project details accurately. The role requires someone responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Proven experience in project or site management in relevant sectors
• Valid Bahrain driving license with own car
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient with project management and spreadsheet software
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities

Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 350 to 400 BD per month, reflective of experience and performance.
