Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Duct Foreman with hands-on experience to lead ductwork operations on site in Bahrain. This role is ideal for professionals with an educational background in sheet metal work and a proven track record in managing HVAC duct installations.

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Duct Foreman will oversee daily activities related to duct fabrication and installation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising the sheet metal team, coordinating work schedules, and maintaining compliance with project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of duct fabrication, installation techniques, and site management.
• Ability to supervise teams effectively and ensure adherence to plans and safety protocols.

Education & Certification

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Preference will be given to those with an ITI graduate certificate (NTC/NAC) in Sheet Metal Workers courses under CTS from India.
