Job Overview

An established interior fit-out company in Bahrain is seeking a skilled Draftsman with 2 to 3 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precise shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), while closely collaborating with the project team to ensure accuracy and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed shop and as-built drawings aligned with project specifications.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs to support project estimations.
• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for materials and work scope.
• Create site working drawings tailored to construction requirements.
• Coordinate regularly with the project team to keep drawings updated and error-free.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working in Bahrain on interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, especially for drafting and shop drawing preparation.
• Practical experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ development.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Must be eligible for local transfer.
