Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Civil Foreman / Supervisor to oversee villa construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent coordination abilities, and a keen eye for quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

The foreman will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating tasks with multiple contractors, and ensuring all work complies with safety guidelines. Close collaboration with MEP contractors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams is essential for successful project delivery.

• Interpret and apply construction drawings and project specifications accurately.
• Coordinate with staff, MEP contractors, and other subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to safe work method statements and conduct risk assessments.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and submit reports on the status of completed works.
• Supervise construction activities to guarantee productivity and workmanship meet project requirements.
• Liaise effectively with clients and project teams to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil construction, specifically in Bahrain.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage onsite teams and multiple contractors.
• Proficient in conducting site inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and organizational abilities.

Work Environment

This role involves working directly on construction sites for villa developments across Bahrain. The foreman will be exposed to physically active environments and is expected to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
