Job Overview

A well-established maintenance company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities and ensure smooth project execution. This role is key for managing on-site operations and maintaining quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project managers to maintain schedule and efficiency.
• Monitor progress to ensure completion within time and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of site operations and report any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Civil Site Supervisor in the construction sector.
• Valid driving license required.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Preference given to Indian nationals residing in Bahrain.

Additional Information
