Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience, preferably with Gulf region exposure, to join our construction team in Bahrain. This role demands an individual who can efficiently oversee site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure smooth project execution on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site work and managing execution according to project specifications. Collaboration with site teams, clients, and consultants is essential to maintain project timelines and quality assurance standards.

Required Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing technical drawings.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with site personnel and external parties.

Experience and Availability

Candidates should possess between 4 and 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in civil construction projects. Preference will be given to those with prior Gulf experience. Immediate availability or the ability to join on very short notice is required, with candidates currently residing in Bahrain being highly preferred.
