Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Supervisor to oversee villa and building construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring substantial hands-on site management experience and the ability to provide accurate quotations for smaller scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supervising site operations to ensure projects are completed to specifications, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Handling project planning, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timelines are met are essential duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and cost estimates for minor construction works.

Required Skills and Experience

A strong background in civil engineering with 7 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience is preferred. Proficiency in managing construction projects from start to finish, excellent organizational capabilities, and good communication skills are vital. Experience with villa development and small building projects will be advantageous.
