We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on residential villa and building construction projects. The role involves overseeing site operations and ensuring all activities meet quality, safety, and project standards. Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Engineer in this position, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating with site workers and subcontractors, and ensuring all construction work adheres to approved plans and specifications. You will oversee the workflow of excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site. Timely reporting of progress and challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager is essential to keep the project on track.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in civil works related to residential villa and building construction. A thorough understanding of core civil engineering activities such as excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works is necessary. You should be proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be adept at solving site-related issues efficiently. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality control is mandatory.

Additional Requirements

A valid driving license is required for this role to facilitate site visits and coordination.
