NOB Contracting Co. W.L.L. Bahrain is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee construction operations and ensure smooth project execution. This role involves supervising site activities, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily supervision of site activities in alignment with approved drawings and specifications. Coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams will be crucial to drive project progress efficiently. Additionally, the engineer will monitor the quality of work, track progress, and assess material needs while preparing daily reports, measurements, and updates to keep all stakeholders informed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least three years of relevant construction experience.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and preparing quantity estimates.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and safety protocols.
• Capability to manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from BHD 350 to BHD 400, commensurate with experience and interview results. The company also provides accommodation for the successful candidate.
