Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Civil Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to ensure that projects meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards. This role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects in compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Construction Engineer will monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Providing technical guidance to project teams, including architects and contractors, is a crucial part of this position. Additionally, maintaining accurate project documentation and records is required to ensure transparency and effective project management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in civil construction, preferably within the GCC region
• Proven ability to manage large construction teams, handling 100+ employees on-site
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• CRPEP certification is mandatory for this role
• Age below 50 years
