Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Draftsman and Site Engineer with 3-5 years of proven experience in the construction or finishing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities while preparing detailed drawings and quotations to support project execution. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes preparing shop drawings, creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and handling client quotation requests promptly. The candidate will supervise daily site operations to ensure all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and safety protocols. Additional duties include conducting field inspections, performing quality control checks, compiling daily progress reports, and liaising with project managers to maintain smooth project flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years practical experience in site work within construction or finishing sectors.
• Ability to work diligently with honesty and integrity.
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills to manage site activities effectively.
• Residency within Bahrain is required for this position.
