Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Construction Site Supervisor with experience in marble fixing works to lead site operations in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring projects meet safety guidelines, schedules, and quality requirements. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on supervision to maintain high standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily construction site tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Effectively manage workers and subcontractors, fostering a disciplined and productive work environment
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks across all operations
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management for timely decision-making
• Ensure sufficient availability of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for uninterrupted work
• Maintain order, safety, and productivity on the construction site at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or higher in a relevant field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings
• At least 2 years of experience working on construction sites, with a preference for marble fixing specialization
• Valid Bahrain visa and driving license are mandatory for this position

Work Environment and Benefits
