A prominent Real Estate Developer and Construction Company based in Bahrain is seeking dedicated and dependable Construction Helpers to join their team. This role focuses on supporting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and construction operators by assisting with daily site activities to help ensure projects progress smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be involved in various hands-on tasks including:

• Assisting specialized workers on-site to facilitate construction processes.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the construction site.
• Maintaining cleanliness and good organization to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Following direct instructions from supervisors to complete assigned duties effectively.
• Supporting basic construction activities such as site preparation and post-work cleanup.
• Ensuring proper storage of tools and materials to avoid damage or loss.
• Adhering strictly to safety regulations and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Performing general labor tasks as needed to support site operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a construction helper or general laborer is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently under supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction site practices and safety standards is a plus.
• A strong willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a strong work ethic.
