Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing site workers, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. The position requires ensuring that all work meets project specifications and adheres strictly to safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Possession of a valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site management techniques.
• Effective leadership abilities to supervise workers and liaise with subcontractors efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain project timelines and quality.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary for this position starts at BHD 250 and is negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
