Saraya Contractors is seeking a dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of hands-on experience in civil construction supervision and possess a valid driving license to facilitate site operations and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. You will coordinate with on-site teams, monitor material usage, and liaise with subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in civil site supervision
• Valid driving license for site visits and transportation
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively
