Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring between 5 and 10 years of hands-on experience in supervising civil works, managing labor teams, and interpreting technical drawings accurately. This role offers a monthly salary of BHD 250 and the opportunity to work on diverse projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and coordinate labor resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and standards.
• Review and understand construction drawings to guide on-site tasks appropriately.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with construction guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil Foreman within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage site operations and supervise workers effectively.
• Strong knowledge of interpreting and working from construction drawings.
• Good communication and organizational skills are essential.

Location and Work Environment

This position is based in Bahrain, and candidates must already be located within the country. The role involves working on-site in variable weather conditions and requires a proactive, hands-on approach to managing teams and construction activities.
