Requirements
Experience: 2+ years as a Civil Foreman with specific expertise in concrete works and factory environments.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of concrete curing, additives, and precast methods.

Leadership: Strong ability to manage labor, materials, and equipment schedules.
