Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Engineer to manage construction projects from inception through to completion. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the GCC construction sector and hold a valid CRPEP certification.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure successful project outcomes. Duties include close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project execution with approved plans. The engineer will monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include developing quality control measures, maintaining thorough project documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in civil construction projects, preferably within the GCC region
• Proven ability to lead and manage large construction teams of 100+ personnel on site
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid CRPEP certification is mandatory
• Candidate should be under 50 years of age
