Urgent Hiring in Bahrain
Assistant Manager – Tendering (Civil Maintenance Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates.
– Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
– Handle rate analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
– Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements.
– Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.
– Monitor project variations and contract administration.
– Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress assessment.
– Support tender preparation and submission processes.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in civil works, maintenance contracts, and renovation projects.
– Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
– Familiarity with plumbing and building services quantities preferred.
– Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– GCC project experience preferred.
– Site experience will be an added advantage.
Salary: BD 1000 + 225 HRA + Company Car + Medical Insurance + Family status + tickets
