Key Responsibilities

Josper Operator:

• Operate Josper ovens and grills efficiently while maintaining optimal cooking quality.
• Ensure correct preparation of steak cuts and achieve desired doneness levels with consistency.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional station setup to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Deliver quality results in a fast-moving kitchen environment.

Burger Maker – Flat Grill:

• Prepare burgers on flat grills with expertise in smash burger techniques and accurate cooking temperatures.
• Keep a clean, efficient station with excellent mise en place practices.
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines rigorously.
• Work quickly and methodically to maintain product consistency and a tidy work area.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with Josper ovens or flat grill burger stations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of steak cuts, burger types, doneness levels, and cooking temperatures.
• Strong organization skills and ability to maintain a clean, well-structured workspace.
• Capacity to perform under pressure in busy kitchen settings.
• Excellent understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
