A renowned Indian restaurant located in Umm Al Abbas/Umm Al Hassam, Bahrain, is seeking a skilled North Indian Chef to join their vegetarian kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in preparing authentic North Indian dishes with a focus on vegetarian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

The chef will be primarily responsible for creating a diverse menu featuring traditional North Indian curries, especially paneer and dal specialties. In addition, the role involves preparing various tandoor breads such as stuffed naans, parottas, and kulchas. The candidate should also be proficient in crafting Indo-Chinese starters including Manchurian and other 65-style dishes, along with a range of flavorful rice varieties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience cooking North Indian vegetarian dishes
• Strong knowledge of preparing paneer and dal items
• Expertise in making traditional tandoor breads
