• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Sushi Chef
• Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques including rice shaping and rolling
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of traditional Japanese cuisine beyond sushi
